Dolibarr Connect and Dolibarr Connect Free Privacy Policy

Dolibarr Connect collects no personal data or business data or data of any other kind for use by YAN Group.

Dolibarr Connect Free uses the Google AdMob Banner Advertising service as a third party agreement for the sake of advertising revenue generated by clicks on the banner advert.

Google AdMob banner advertising collects information of 6 types;

IP address which may be used to estimate general location of device

Non user related crash logs and diagnostic information used to improve the AdMob SDK.

User associated performance data such as app launch time, hang rate, energy usage and performance data used for displaying ads.

A device ID such as the device advertising identifier or other app bounded device identifiers which may be used for third party advertising and analytics.

Advertising data such as advertisements the user has seen.

Product interactions such as app launch taps and interaction information like video views to improve advertising performance.

No user data is sent from either Dolibarr Connect or Dolibarr Connect Free to Yan Group or any other third party or affiliate organisation or individual excepting the use of third party Google AdMob services usage of data as outlined above which is used in Dolibarr Connect Free.

Both Dolibarr Connect and Dolibarr Connect Free store some necessary data on the user phone as laid out in the following way.

Data relating to the number of items of each module is stored on your mobile phone and is saved for offline usage by the use of Apple core data API.

This data is saved for the purpose of comparison of changes in item numbers for various modules.

Core data can be removed from the application by selecting remove core data option in settings.

User default settings including font sizes and colour selections as well as choices of key ( not value ) selection to display titles and other information are stored using the Apple user defaults API which stores information that is unencrypted to the user phone, this information can be deleted by selecting “reset user defaults” in settings.

User API password and REST address settings are stored securely using the Apple Key Chain interface API on the user phone and the password is not shown after user entry, this encrypted information can also be deleted by selecting “reset user defaults” in settings.
